Inspiration

I am so happy to be able to inspire people to try intermittent fasting. Thanks so much to all of those who have left comments on my blog with thanks and appreciation for this blog. Please keep the comments coming, it is so great to hear from others and know that I have been able to help in some small way.

I have even inspired some of my friends and their family members to try intermittent fasting. Some have tried and decided not to continue, it isn't for everyone, we all have to do what works for us. But some have tried and done really well. Congratulations to those of you who, like me, have tried intermittent fasting and found their diet soul mate!

  1. Hey Jenna!

I think the inspiration is mutual. So glad to see that even when the scale's not cooperating, you're not jumping ship. I think that proves what a good fit IF is for you.

    Keep on Keeping On!

  2. I think that a really good point, about you sticking with IF, even if you are not getting the results you want right now. You know it works for you. I really need to be more consistent about sticking to IF even If I have ups and downs. I feel much better when I eat like this.

  3. Your blog is one of my biggest inspirations regarding Intermittent Fasting. :)

I fast every day for as long as I can make it, then eat mostly paleo inspired food, while keeping the carbs pretty low.

It works wonders with my health and weight :)

  4. I think I have been eating too many carbs during my window. I have been losing and regaining the same 1.5 lbs for like 2 weeks. Grrr.
