Thyroid Issue?

So I got the results from my doctor visit and he said that I do have some issues with my thyroid so he put me on some medication. I am hoping that this will help me to start seeing some results but I am not too excited that I am having these issues in the first place.

The good news is he told me that my cholesterol numbers are "like a baby's"which is great news for someone not on cholesterol medication who used to have bad numbers. So that is good.

I have continued to stay gluten free and am sticking with my gym schedule. Still no results on the scale and I do get frustrated considering I lost weight easily before with only the fasting as my tool.

Age, stress, and a thyroid problem? We will see...

Fingers crossed for some results!

  2. Just finished reading your blog! Thanks for taking the time to write it. It's very nice to see someone who lasted more than two weeks.

I lasted 3 months the first time I tried it, and a major family crisis threw me off. I got up a few days ago and found that only 2 pair of shorts fit, so I'm on day 2 of my return to fasting. This time a little wiser, I hope.

I see your comment about your body wising up to the pattern of your meals. Have you thought about changing it up, maybe going to an "every other day" fast to see if that jump starts your weight loss again?

  4. Taking medication would not break a fast as long as it is with water only. However, if you are on medication that the doctor recommends taking with food then you should follow your doctors recommendations.

  6. Did you know there's a 12 word sentence you can say to your partner... that will induce deep feelings of love and instinctual attraction to you buried within his chest?

That's because hidden in these 12 words is a "secret signal" that triggers a man's instinct to love, look after and look after you with all his heart...

This instinct is so built-in to a man's mind that it will drive him to try harder than ever before to make your relationship the best part of both of your lives.

Matter-of-fact, triggering this powerful instinct is so essential to having the best possible relationship with your man that the second you send your man one of the "Secret Signals"...

...You'll immediately find him open his soul and mind to you in a way he never experienced before and he will recognize you as the only woman in the world who has ever truly fascinated him.

  7. If you plan on losing weight, you will eat less calories than you take in. This will help you lose weight but not as quickly as if you could burn extra calories by doing an exercise. By doing a combination of both you could lose the same amount of weight. If you like to try weight-loss pills, I recommend you to try Phenq which is the latest phentermine diet pill on the market.

A diet with the very high percentage of whole grain is a low glycemic diet, which causes rapid rise of your insulin levels. This may keep your blood sugar elevated, increase your hunger and eat some more. However, if you do a low GI diet, your insulin levels will rise later, and that will decrease the hunger. Thus, you will feel less hungry and will eat less. In a study, it was shown that people with type 2 diabetes on low GI diets lost more weight in comparison to the high GI diet. ..If you plan on losing weight..
