6 meal a day myth

  1. I am new to your blog and I just want to say THANK YOU for putting it all out there. While I am not new to weightloss ( I have released 73 pounds) I am however a newbie to this IF lifestyle. I love that you do your eating window in the mid part of the day, and am seiously going to use that as a trial timeperiod for me. Especially during the week. Then on weekends (Friday and Sundays ~ I love fasting all day on Saturday) I may move it to evenings to enjoy a meal with my family.

  2. You couldn't pay me to eat 6 small meals a day. I bought into that lie before and it's horrible. I can see why so many people are obese...imagine the calorie sized meals you'd have to eat to stay within a caloric range just to maintain your weight. Yuck!

    I always switch my eating window on weekends too. I usually eat late on Saturdays and then fast all day on Sundays. It is great to have the freedom to move it around.
